Women's Cross Country Competes at NCAA Regional Qualifier Meet

New York, N.Y. – The Colgate women’s cross country team finished 22nd out of 36 teams on Saturday.  The meet was won by Columbia University who scored 70 points.  Providence came in second with 75 points, while Boston College finished third with 100

The team was led by first-year Lia Cross who finished 90th overall in a time of 23:16 over the 6k course.  Finishing second for the Raiders was senior Joanne Campbell in a time of 23:24.  Coming in next for the team was first-year Sarah Hildebrand who finished in 140th place in a time of 24:07.  Rounding out the top five for the Raiders were sophomore Jessica Dunton and sophomore Anna Shaver.

The Raiders travel to Van Cortland Park, NY on Saturday, Nov. 23 to run in the ECAC Championships
