Freshman Year (2004-05): Cross Country—Captured third place in Harry Lang Invitational 4200-meter run…crossed the line in 12th at Hamilton Invitational…came in 13th at Binghamton Invitational. Indoor Track—Won the mile at the Class of 32 Invitational with a season-best time of 5:22.56…member of 4x800 relay team that placed fourth at Cornell Upstate Challenge…ran the mile leg of the distance medley relay that competed at ECAC Championships. Outdoor Track—Did not compete.

High School: Served as team captain as a senior ... Selected to the All-Main Line First Team for cross country in 2001, 2002 and 2003 ... Won the Interac League individual championship in cross country in 2002 and 2003 ... Honored as cross country team's most valuable athlete in 2001, 2002 and 2003 ... Undefeated in dual cross country meets during her senior season ... Competed at the 2004 national high school championship in the steeplechase ... Won the Pennsylvania Independent Schools State Championship in the 1,600 and 3,200 in 2004 ... Named to the All-Main Line First Team in 2004.
