Junior Year (2004-05):
Cross Country—Was
among Colgate’s top five performers in all eight meets…finished
fifth at Harry Lang Invitational 4200-meter run…took sixth at
Hamilton Invitational…crossed the line in 12th at Binghamton
Invitational. Indoor Track—Member of 4x800 relay team
that broke school record at Patriot League Championships…helped
4x400 relay team earn fifth place as well at PL
Championships…was a part of distance medley relay that capture
the bronze medal at the league championship meet…took third in
the 800 at SLU Open…member of distance medley relay team that
holds second fastest time in program history. Outdoor Track—Did
not compete.
Sophomore Year (2003-04):
Finished 10th
at the Harry Lang Invitational ... Placed 20th at the Ted Owen
Invitational ... Came in 27th at Lafayette's Leopard
Invitational ... Placed 40th at the Patriot League Cross Country
Championship ... Finished 118th at the NCAA Cross Country

All-Patriot League honors after winning the indoor 3,000 ...
Qualified for the ECAC Championship ... Broke freshman records
