Junior Year (2004-05): Finished 3rd at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the long jump with a jump of 5.6m as well as 15th in the triple jump with 11m…Took a first place finish in the triple jump at the SLU open… First place finish at the Class of ’32 Invitational with a long jump of 5.37m…Member of the 4x200m relay team that holds the second best time in Colgate history in 1:48.3…Finished 5th at the Delaware Invitational in the 100m in a time of 13.04…Ran a 27.44 to take 2nd in the 200m at the Hamilton College Invite…Finished 5th in the Outdoor Patriot League Championships in the long jump with a 5.44m jump…Took a 4th place finish at the Indoor Patriot League Championships with a jump of 5.3m

Sophomore Year (2003-04): Broke the Colgate record in the indoor long jump with a leap of 18-9.75 ... Set a new school record in the outdoor long jump with a jump of 19-0.00 ... A member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams which both finished sixth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with times of 49.68 and 4:01.21, respectively ... Received the ECAC Excellence Award and the Dorothy Fullam Award for Significant Team Contribution ... Earned ECAC and Patriot League Women's Field Athlete of the Week awards for the week of Dec. 9.

Freshman Year (2002-03): Broke the freshman record in the 55 with a time of 7.49 ... Set the freshman record in the outdoor triple jump with a leap of 37-3.00 ... Received Colgate's Outstanding Freshman award.

High School: Lettered four times for coach Pete Crotty at Queensbury High School ... Was a captain her sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... Won the New York State Section II Class A championship in the long jump and triple jump as a junior and a senior ... Was the New York State Section II Class B champion in the long jump and the triple jump as a sophomore, and in the long jump as a freshman ... Named to the Foothills All-Star Team in outdoor track and field her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons ... Nominated for the Sports Foundation Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior ...
