Cross Country—Consistently
among Colgate’s top three runners…earned fifth-place finish at
Binghamton Invitational…took ninth at Hamilton Park
Invitational…earned top-10 finish at Harry Lang Invitational
6k…crossed the line in 16th place at Patriot League
Championships…closed out the year with a 47th-place performance
at ECAC Championships…was among the Raiders’ top-two runners in
five races. Indoor Track—Won the mile at the Reebok
Boston Indoor Games with time that ranks third all-time at
Colgate…earned All-Patriot League honors with runner-up finish
in mile at Patriot League Championships…was member of school
record breaking 4x800 relay at league championships…won the 1500
at SLU Open and was member of winning distance medley relay.
Outdoor Track—Earned bronze medal in 5000 at Patriot League
Championships…also scored at league championships with
fourth-place finish and personal-beat time of 4:38.14 in 1500
and was member of school record-breaking 4x800 relay team…1500
time at PL Championships ranks fourth all-time at Colgate…won
the 800 at Hamilton Invitational…garnered runner-up accolades in
3000 at Bison Outdoor Classic and was part of winning 4x800
relay…competed on 4x800 relay at ECAC Championships…served as
