COLGATE WOMEN'S TENNIS DROPS MATCHES
IN FLORIDA TRIP TO STRONG OPPOSITION
'Gate tough competition preps for upcoming Patriot League season

Boca Raton, Fla - (3/15) - The Colgate University women's tennis team lost its three matches on its Spring Break Trip this past week.  The Red Raiders fell to Rutgers 5-2, with Sophomore Jenny Buntman and freshman Nicole Scattolini victorious in singles action.  

The following day, the women lost a tough match to Florida Atlantic University.  Nicole Scattolini continued her strong play, recording Colgate's lone victory.  

In their final match of the trip, the Red Raiders were shutout by No. 7 Barry University 7-0.  Scattolini again demonstrated her competitiveness by sending her match into a third set.  

The Red Raiders are now 4-8 on the season and face Patriot League rival Lafayette on Saturday, March 24th at noon.
