WOMEN'S TENNIS UPSETS AMERICAN, STAYS PERFECT IN PATRIOT LEAGUE
ALBANY, NY – The Colgate women's tennis team moved to 4-0 in the Patriot League with a 4-3 upset victory over American. Colgate got victories from its 3-6 singles player to earn the win. Tash Eno defeated Aleksandra Zerkalova 7-6, 3-6, 6-4 at number three singles. Eno also combined with Lindsey Suffredini for the Raiders lone doubles win, a 8-3 decision over Retlev and Kligman. Jamie Maldow earned a 1-6, 7-6, 6-2 win over Olya Mikhalova at the number four singles position. Jessica Fede continued her good play this spring with a 3-6, 7-6, 7-6 victory over Ashley Retlev. Sheila Rao completed the match victory for Colgate with a straight set, 6-1, 6-0 drubbing of Brandi Kligman at number six singles sport. With the victory, the Raiders improve to 10-6 on the year and stay unbeaten in the Patriot League with one match to play in the regular season. The Colgate women host Army in a weather postponed make-up on April 23 in Hamilton, New York. Colgate vs. American Match Results
