RAIDERS WIN AGAIN, 5-2 AGAINST LEHIGH
BETHLEHEM, PA – The Colgate women recorded completed their tour of Pennsylvania with their second 5-2 victory in as many days, this time defeating Lehigh. Lauren Erikson was among Sunday's top performers for the Raiders, winning her No.2 singles match against Jamie Fass before teaming up with Sheila Rao to win their No.1 doubles match against Fass and Kristen Nowicki. Rao was also strong in her No.6 singles match, defeating Alina Kors 6-2, 6-2. Tash Eno, too, won both her singles and doubles matches, first dispatching of Andrea Scott 6-0, 6-1 and then doubling with Lindsey Suffredini to win their No.3 doubles match against Maria del Carmen Anorga and Kristin Mulstay 8-4. In No.4 singles, it was Jamie Maldow aiding the Raiders cause. Maldow notched a 5-7, 6-2, 6-0 over Anorga. Marissa Alikpala and Emily Wenink helped complete the Colgate sweep in doubles by winning their No.2 matchup with Kors and Scott 8-3 With the victory, the Raiders improve to 10-5 on the year. The Colgate women will now travel home to host Army on Wednesday, April 9th. The matches are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. Colgate vs. Lehigh Match Results
