Davet scored a goal and
assisted on another to lead Colgate past
Connecticut College 3-0 this
evening at Dayton Arena.
Davet put Colgate ahead 1-0 midway through the
first period when she
scored on a power play.
In the second period, Colgate extended its
advantage to 2-0 when senior
forward Stephanie Sand scored on a power play at
11:39. Colgate (13-2-0)
was 2-for-7 on the power play this evening.
A third period goal sophomore forward Heather
Murphy, her team-leading
18th of the season, gave Colgate a comfortable
3-0 lead at 17:35.
Connecticut College (4-9-0) sophomore goalie
Anna Trafton stopped 50
shots. Colgate freshman goalie Jen Burtraw made
13 saves to post her
fifth shutout of the season.
