FINDLAY, OH - The Colgate women's hockey team fell to 1-3-0 on the season after dropping its third straight game with a 4-2 loss at Findlay on Sunday.

Colgate jumped out to the early lead when Maura Kehoe scored at 12:15 of the first period off a pass from Amanda Barre, giving Colgate the 1-0 advantage.

Findlay would come on to score the next three goals.  Heidi Tallqvist scored just 38 seconds after Kehoe to tie the score at one.  Julie Robert picked up the assist.

Kelly Ramsey got the next goal at 6:58 of the second period off assists from Cori Forbes and Tallqvist.  Hilary Foord scored the Oilers' third goal at 7:38 of period number two off assists from Michelle Hickley and Melissa Oliver.

Colgate cut the lead to one at 5:57 of the third period when Becky Irvine scored her first career goal.  It went unassisted and cut Findlay's lead to 3-2.

Findlay would put it away at 14:04 when Nicole Richardson scored off an assist from Hickley setting the final at 4-2.

Colgate was outshot 36-20 and committed seven penalties.  Findlay committed six penalties in the game.  Both teams were 1-5 on the power play.

Rebecca Lahar made 32 saves in net for the Raiders.

Colgate will play its home opener this weekend against Sacred Heart on Friday night at 7 p.m.
