CAITLIN HORNYAK SELECTED TO ECAC WOMEN'S HOCKEY ALL-STAR TEAM

CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Colgate sophomore Caitlin Hornyak (Middletown, Conn.) has been selected to represent the Raiders on the ECAC All-Star team.  

The ECAC All-Stars was formed to give members of the ECAC-North league a chance to compete against the USA Hockey Women's National Team in their "Visa Skate to Salt Lake" tour.  The team will take on the national team at Lynah Rink on Cornell University's Ithaca campus on October 28 at 1 p.m. 

Hornyak, a member of the 2000-01 ECAC Division III All-Rookie team, is one of only three sophomores on the ECAC All-Star team.  She is Colgate's second-top returning scorer, with 15 goals and 11 assists for 26 points.
