Sophomore Year (2004-05): Indoor Track—was a member of winning 4x400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:25.39 at Cornell Upstate Challenge…also took seventh in the 800-meter run at Cornell…earned third place finishes in the 400 at Black Knight Invitational and Class of 32 Invitational…scored at the Reebok Boston Games with eighth-place showing in the 500-meter dash…was fifth in the 500 at St. Valentine’s Invitational…was a member of third-place distance medley relay team at Patriot League Championships…also was a part of the 4x400 team that took fourth at the league championship meet…CoSIDA Academic All-District I first-team selection…Patriot League Track and Field Academic Honor Roll…shared the team’s Excellence Award with two other team members. Outdoor Track—Did not compete.

Freshman Year (2003-04): Posted a personal-best time of 50.5 in the 400 ... Part of the distance medley relay team that set a Colgate freshman record.
