Men's Track Places Seventh at Husky Invitational at Northeastern.

Results

BOSTON, M.A. – The Raiders finished seventh out of fourteen at the Husky Invitational held at Northeastern.  For the second consecutive meet, Junior Louis DiNuzzo (Loudonville, N.Y.) took top honors, this time in the men's 5,000 meters with a time of 14:43.74.  Teammate Sean Curran (Saratoga Spring, N.Y.) also turned in a noteworthy performance in the 5k, finishing 5th in 15:22.70.

In the 200 meter dash, senior Tyrone Russell (Ithaca, N.Y.) took 2nd place with a time of 22.42, and freshman Wil Arnold (Atlanta, G.A.) placed 5th with a time of 22.78.  Russell also placed fifth in the 400 meter dash, coming in at 50.04. 

Junior Waldemar Auguscinski (Passaic, NJ) threw 15.51M, which was good for a fourth place finish in Shot Put.

The Raiders are back in action on Saturday, Feb. 1 as they travel to Dartmouth for a 10:30 a.m. meet.
