COLGATE FINISHED 1-2 IN THREE MATCHES IN FLORIDA

FLORIDA – The Colgate men's tennis team recently completed three matches in Florida for its spring break trip.  The Raiders finished the trip 1-2 and are now 8-5 on the season.

Colgate's lone win came against Patriot League opponent Lafayette, 7-0.  Earning wins in singles matches were Reed Hagmann, Eric Saccullo, Evan Ambrose, Jon Bedard, Blake Willmarth and Pete Oman.  Ambrose and Bedard earned a doubles win, as did Saccullo and Willmarth, along with Hagmann and Andrew Davis.

The Raiders then dropped a 5-2 decision to Barry University the next day.  Saccullo and Oman were victorious in singles action, while Saccullo teamed up with Willmarth for Colgate's lone doubles win.

Colgate lost a 4-3 match to Lynn University the following day.  Saccullo, Willmarth and Oman were victorious in singles matches, while Hagmann and Davis won a doubles match.
