MANLIUS, NY– The Colgate men lost a tough match to perennial Patriot League powers Army on Sunday afternoon, 4-3 the final scoreline. 

The Raiders notched their points through three singles victories.  Blake Willmarth won his No.4 singles match against Steven Srivastava 3-6, 6-2, 6-1.  Jon Bedard followed suit, beating Jarrett Skrobarcek 6-4, 2-6, 6-2.  Pete Oman wrapped up the scoring for the Raiders by emerging the victor in his No.6 singles match against Carl Fisher.  Oman won by virtue of leading 7-5, 4-1 when Fisher was forced to retire.

Colgate is now 9-8 on the year, 2-3 in Patriot League play.

The Raiders will be back in action on Saturday, April 12th.  They will be hosting Patriot League opponents Bucknell.  First serve is set for 12:00 p.m.
