COLGATE BOUNCES BACK AGAINST BOSTON COLLEGE, WINS 4-3

MANLIUS, NY – The Colgate men's tennis team bounced back from Friday's loss to Cornell by beating the Boston College Eagles 4-3 on Saturday.

Reed Hagmann was victorious in his No.1 singles match against Justin Slattery, winning by a score of 6-4, 7-6 (1).  Jake Heims won in No. 3 singles, 6-4, 6-4 over Paul Colahan.  In No. 5 singles it was Jon Bedard winning for the Raiders, 6-2, 6-4 over Ross Pytko.  Blake Willmarth also emerged victorious for Colgate, beating Derrick Chou, 6-2, 6-3 in No. 6 singles.

With the win, the Raiders improve to 5-2 on the season..

The Raiders will next take on the Big Green of Dartmouth on Saturday, March 1st.  The matches are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.
