Men's Tennis Defeats Lafayette 5-2
EASTON, Pa. - After dropping the first two singles matches the Colgate University men's tennis team swept the remaining four singles spot and won all three doubles matches to defeat Lafayette 5-2 in Patriot League action Sunday. The Raiders are now 3-1 in the Patriot League and 9-7 overall while Lafayette drops to 13-6 overall and 1-5 in the Patriot League. J.P. Johnson, Evan Ambrose, Zander Lowe and Peter Oman each picked up singles victories in the three, four, five and six spots respectively for the Raiders to secure the win. Lowe defeated Lafayette's Mike Levey in straight sets 6-0, 6-1 while Oman reproduced Lowe's effort downing Brian Sullivan 6-0, 6-1, The Raiders return to action Friday, April 19 at 2 p.m. against Lehigh.
