Dartmouth Shuts Out Raiders 7-0 March 2, 2002 Hanover, NH. The Colgate University men's tennis team lost its third straight match as the Green of Dartmouth improved to 8-3 on the year. It was the sixth straight shut out for Dartmouth at the Boss/Gordon Tennis Center. Although many players gave solid efforts, the Raiders' opponents, who only lost one set in the entire match, ultimately prevailed. Sophomore Zander Lowe managed to narrowly win the first set in a tiebreak before falling 7-6, 6-4. Overall, the team gave in a strong performance and will look to rebound in preparation for its spring break trip to Florida. Meanwhile, the team will square off at St. Bonaventure March 9 at 9:00am.
