Colgate
Records Its First Win of the Spring Season
The Colgate University men's tennis
team defeated the University of Maryland-Baltimore County 5-2
to record their first win of the 2001 spring season.
Colgate received two wins from Andrew Davis and Evan Paushter
in the victory with singles wins and doubles victories.
Paushter teamed with Owen Fileti at #3 doubles, while Davis
paired up with Jon Bedard at #2 doubles to post wins.
In singles Colgate received wins from Eric Saccullo at #1 and
Zander Lowe at #6. The player of the day was Davis who saved
two match points in doubles with big serves.
