Women: vs. Loyola (W, 201-115); vs. Marist (W, 187-129); vs. Niagara (W, 246-70)

Coach Roberts on the women's performance:

"We were all hoping for faster times out of most swimmers.  It is great to win the three meets and the women came in here and let it be known that we are going to win from the very first session by claiming first and second place in the first three events.

"However, in this sport you are always trying to chisel away at your best times.  We missed by a little, but as a result, I think this women's team will continue to train hard in preparing for our league championships in order to get the job done."

Men:  vs. Niagara (W, 231-82); vs. Loyola (W, 221-95); vs. Marist (L, 216.5-97.5)

Coach Roberts on the men's performance:

"Jeff Cowan won two close and big races for us (400 IM & 1650) to keep the men in the meet with the Marist Men after the first night.  Marist swam a good meet and basically have too many swimmers for us to handle this year.  Several men put up times close to or better than lifetime bests in their respective events.

"These 11 swimmers and three divers that make up our men's team continue to work very hard each week in practice and as a result, they have exceeded all expectations."
