Senior Year (2004):  Named to the first-team All-Patriot League squad ... earned third-team NSCAA All-New York Region recognition ... finished the season with seven goals and three assists for 17 points ... his 25 career goals and 62 career points place him in a tie for fifth all-time at Colgate ... his 12 career assists put him sixth all-time at Colgate ... recorded an assist on Sean O'Sullivan's goal in a 3-0 win over Cornell ... scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Syracuse ... scored goals in wins over Niagara, Siena and Oneonta State ... scored both goals in a 2-1 Patriot League win over Lehigh ... tallied a goal and an assist in a 2-2 tie at Army to finish off his career.

Junior Year (2003): Played in nine games and started seven of them ... missed the first nine games with a foot injury ... finished the season as the team's leading scorer with 17 points and seven goals ... he also passed out three assists ... set a new team record for points in a game when he scored four goals and passed out two assists for 10 points in an 8-1 win over Army in the season finale ... his performance against Army gives him the Patriot League record for points in one game and ties him for the most goals in a game in Patriot League laurels ... named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Army ... finished the season with a career total of 45 points to tie him for ninth all-time at Colgate ... finished the season third in the Patriot League in points, fourth in goals and 12th in assists ... tallied his first goal of the season in a 3-2 Patriot League loss at American ... registered a goal in consecutive games when he scored the Raiders lone goal in a loss to #20 Hartwick ... recorded Colgate's first goal in a 2-2 tie at Holy Cross ... recorded an assist in a 3-2 overtime loss to Oneonta State.

Sophomore Year (2002): Started all 19 games in 2002 ... named second team All-Patriot League and third team New York Region ... led the team in scoring with 14 points, including four game-winning goals ... scored the game winner against 12th ranked St. Bonaventure ... netted the game-winning score against Patriot League foes Army and Holy Cross.

Freshman Year (2001): Led the Raiders in scoring with five goals and four assists for 14 points ... played in all 19 games with 12 starting assignments ... named Brine Patriot League Rookie of the Week November 5 after scoring the game-winning goal in a 2-1 non-League triumph over Sacred Heart ... netted the Raiders only goal in a 2-1 loss to Oneonta State ... netted the Raiders only goal in a 1-0 win over Philadelphia ... passed off two assists in the Raiders 3-2 overtime loss to Syracuse.

High School:  Scored 105 goals and fed off 62 assists earning four varsity letters at Laurens Central High School ... served as team captain  junior and senior seasons ...  named 2000 Daily Star Boys' Soccer Player of the Year ... led team to Tri-Valley League and Section 4 Class D Championships in 2000, scoring 41 goals and passing off 21 assists ...  three-time All-Tri-Valley League All-Star team in 1998,1999, 2000 ... scored game-winning goal in Class D State quarterfinal game with 6:50 remaining by beating the keeper with a low shot to the far post ... had two goals and an assist in Section 4 Class D Championship match in a 3-0 win over Schenevus ... also earned four varsity letters in indoor and outdoor track ... holds school record in the triple jump and shot put ...  father, Terry Cook, competed in track and field and football at Colgate.
