CENTER VALLEY, PA  - Colgate's goalie Will Martin (Excelsior, MN/Breck) was named Patriot League defensive player of the week for his outstanding play versus Oneonta State and Holy Cross.

Martin made four save en route to shutting out Oneonta State on October 2nd and Martin stopped seven shots in helping Colgate win its first Patriot League game of the season against Holy Cross on Saturday.

The shut-out was Martin's second on the season and the win over Holy Cross was the Crusaders first Patriot League defeat since 2000, and kept the Raiders in the running for a playoff berth.
