Raider Men's Soccer to Take On Bucknell in Patriot League Opener.

Hamilton, NY - The Raider men's soccer team is slated to kick off its Patriot League schedule  Saturday, September 22 at 7 p.m.   Colgate will host Bucknell University on Van Doren Field in its first home contest of the season. 

The Raiders will be looking to return to the win column after dropping four straight games, following a season-opening 3-0 win over Stetson University.  Two of the Raiders losses are by one goal, including a 3-2 overtime decision to Syracuse University.   

In Colgate's last game, the Raiders were shut out, 4-0, by the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure. 

Bucknell is currently 1-3 on the season with its lone win coming in a 1-0 victory over Robert Morris.  The Bison opened their season, August 31st, with a 5-1 loss at Penn State.  Their other two losses were decided by a margin of one goal with a 1-0 loss at Mt. St. Mary's and a 3-2 loss to Monmouth.  

The Bison are led by junior forward Nick Taylor's one goal and three assists.  Freshman Michael Lookingland netted the Bison's game-winner over Robert Morris.
