CREW RACES IN THE HEAD OF THE CONNECTICUT REGATTA

MIDDLETOWN, Conn.--The Colgate University men's crew team competed at the 27th Annual Head of the Connecticut Regatta Sunday. 

The men's varsity 8 posted a time of 20:12.64 over the course to place eighth, as Brown University's 'A' team won the race with a time of 18:50.86.

In other events of the day, the Colgate men's pairs team placed 18th with a time of 22:14.31 and the men's intermediate 8s placed 29th with a time of 19:06.24. 

The Raiders will compete in the Stonehurst Capital Regatta on Sunday, Oct. 14 in Rochester, N.Y.
