COLGATE MEN'S CREW WINS PATRIOT LEAGUE REGATTA

WORCESTER, Mass.--The Colgate University men's crew Varsity 8 placed first in the Patriot League Regatta Sunday with a winning time of 6:15.74. 

Host school Holy Cross finished second with a time of 6:19.84, while Lehigh and Army placed third and fourth with times of 6:25.00 and 6:37.33 respectively. 

The Varsity 4 also finished finished first with a time of 6:58.80.  The men's Novice 8 finished third in the Grand Final with at time of 6:40.11.  Army won the event with a time of 6:30.00.  Colgate finished fourth in the Lightweight 8 with a time of 6:42.34. 

The Raiders race again in the New York State Championships in Whitney Point, N.Y. on May 4-5.
