Sophomore Year (2004-05): Cross Country—Was Colgate’s top runner all season…earned All-East honors at IC4A Championship with fourth-place finish…became third Raider to earn NCAA All-Northeast accolades with a 16th place finish at regional qualifier…finished fifth at Patriot League Championships to garner All-Patriot League first-team accolades…won the Binghamton Invitational...turned in a personal-best 8k time of 24.49.30 to take 13th at Maine’s Murray Keatinge Invitational…earned runner-up honors at Albany Invitational…shared Most Outstanding Athlete award with Nate Rosenthal. Indoor track—Won the mile at the Cornell Upstate Challenge with a personal-best time of 4:22.33…finished fifth in 5,000 at Patriot League Championships and was member of third-place distance medley relay team…crossed the line third in the 1,000 at Black Knight Invitational…won the mile at Class of 32 Invitational…clocked a season-best mile time of 4:16.39 at St. Valentine’s Invitational. Outdoor track—Patriot League Champion in 10,000 with a time of 30:53.07 and medaled in 5,000 with third-place finish (14:44.25)…clocked the second fastest 5,000 in Colgate history with a time of 14:32.44 at Sam Howell Invitational…runner-up in 5,000 at Holy Cross Quad meet…earned track Excellence Award.

Freshman Year (2003-04): Earned All-East honors in cross country ... Broke Colgate's freshman record in the 5K with a time of 15:05.00 during the outdoor season ... His 5K time ranks fifth on Colgate's top-10 list.
