Indoor Track—Fourth in mile run at Class of 32 Invitational with a time of 4:29.82…member of third place distance medley relay team at Patriot League Championships. Outdoor Track—Eighth at Holy Cross Quad Meet in 5000 with a time of 16:00.45.

Sophomore Year (2003-04): Earned All-East honors while helping Colgate to a third-place team finish at the IC4A Championship ... Posted a personal-best time of 25:35.0 in the 8K during cross country season ... Ran a career-best 15:22.27 in the 5K.
