BETHLEHEM, PA - Colgate freshman Keith Williams (Harlem, N.Y.) has been named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week for his performance in the Raiders’ victories over Lehigh and Holy Cross.

            He is just the fourth player to win the award this season.

            The 6-foot-4, 172-pound swingman scored the game-winning basket in Colgate’s 58-55 victory over Holy Cross.  With 4.9 seconds remaining, Williams nailed a 3-pointer from the corner to give Colgate a 56-55 lead.

            Earlier in the week, Williams grabbed a season-high six rebounds in the victory over Lehigh.
