SIX COLGATE FOOTBALL PLAYERS NAMED TO PATRIOT LEAGUE ALL-ANNIVERSARY TEAM

HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Patriot League is celebrating its 10th anniversary as an all-sports conference. During the course of this year, they will be announcing all-Decade teams in each of 20 sports.

Since football was established as the first Patriot League sport in 1986, the Patriot League has announced an all-Anniversary football team.

Colgate had six players named to the all-Anniversary team announced today by Executive Director Carolyn Schlie Femovich. A committee consisting of head coaches, institutional sports information liaisons and administrative liaisons made team selection.

Six former Colgate players have been named to the all-Anniversary team. They are quarterback Ryan Vena, running back Kenny Gamble, wide receiver Corey Hill, offensive lineman Luke George, offensive lineman Paul Clasby and linebacker Greg Manusky.
